FEATURES:

HS813F and HS1014F feature the advanced "Fuzzy Logic" Control. This process is designed to maximize productivity utilizing 100 sets of machine condition memory. Cutting conditions will automatically be adjusted to provide the most efficient time in-the –cut. Even the most experienced operators cannot produce the same results. Therefore, difficult jobs involving very hard parts can be finished in record time. The "Fuzzy Logic" control can be turned off temporarily, and cutting parameters can be manually adjusted during cutting, without affecting the stored program. The system is designed to produce the best possible machining conditions, while protecting both the operator and work piece.
  • 100 sets of machine condition memory, including 6 kinds of machining parameters: Peak Current, Capacitor, On Time, Off Time, Spark Gap, and Servo Sensitivity.
  • Various functions of selecting "FUZZY" machining condition: through (a) Machining material (electrode to work piece) (b) Electrode diameter, (c) Electrode wear, selects the best machining condition.
  • 3 axis DRO system: X, Y-axis uses linear scale, Z-axis uses encoder.
  • 5 kinds of alarm indicators will flash when: arrived at depth, arcing, low dielectric level, for safety, and short between electrode and work piece.
  • Anti-collision system for electrode.
  • Z-axis sensor will automatically set zero when finding edge.
  • Use DRO counter to set home point, electrode wear, and machining depth (Electrode will automatically retract to home point when arriving at depth).
  • Using "*MOSFET" sparking circuits, suitable for tungsten carbide, hard alloys, and hardened steel. (* METAL OXIDE SEMI-CONDUCTER FIELD EFFECT TRANSITER).
  • Electrode range from 0.3 to 3.0 mm., apply to slanted, spherical and curved work piece machining.
  • Arc protecting circuits automatically adjust "off time" when machining is not stable. If arcing persists sparking will stop.
  • Special high-pressure pump design, dielectric comes out quickly with pressure releasing control system.
  • Machining parameters can be modified temporarily while sparking, without affecting the stored program by turning "FUZZY" off.
  • 25-amp power supply.
  • Drills a wide range of holes, from 0.3mm to 3.0mm in 0.1mm increments.
  • 3-axis digital readout and edge finder for easier set-up and faster production.
  • Uses distilled water for machining dielectric.
  • Advanced safety devices to avoid user injury.
